Troy Richard Salon Walks to Help People Living with Disabilities

LinkEarly Saturday morning our group headed West for Grapevine Mills to walk with others in support of people living with disabilities. Our group included Tracy, Troy, Rhonda, Lana, Jenny, Heather and Meghan. We all walked Saturday morning at Grapevine Mills mall for the Easter Seals – Walk With Me Dallas/Fort Worth 2010" which started at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2010
This fun 2 mile indoor walk helps Easter Seals North Texas continue its critical services to over 10,000 children and adults living with disabilities in 34 North Texas counties – one of many Easter Seals "Walk With Me" events held across the country throughout the year.
"Grapevine Mills is proud to partner with Easter Seals to help people living with disabilities," said Kendra Mandarich, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Grapevine Mills. "Our involvement provides our shoppers with a way to get involved and is another example of our commitment to the community."

Last year, "Walk With Me Dallas/Fort Worth" at Grapevine Mills hosted about 500 walkers and raised more than $60,000 to benefit children and adults with disabilities. Every individual and team participant will be paired with an Easter Seals Honorary Ambassador - a child or adult with a disability directly benefiting from Easter Seals' local programming.
Thanks to everyone who walked with us and we look forward the next Easter Seals Walk With Me.
