Our very own Erika Juarez (above), was the 2009 National Winner in an Essay Contest by REDKEN Academy - winning a trip to work behind the scenes during Fashion Week in New York City. Plus, Erika is a graduate of The Salon Professional Academy where the goal is to maximize your artistic potential through programs that teach not only the latest techniques with a well rounded education that significantly improve potential, but also prepares students for a long-term future in the industry.
